I’m Viviana Castañeda, a Colombian-Australian entrepreneur who has been proud to call Australia home for the past decade. Since 2017, I’ve been carving out my place in the entrepreneurial world. With a bachelor's degree in marketing and advanced education qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management and a Graduate Diploma of Management, I combine academic expertise with real-world experience.

As a devoted mom, I’ve learned to seamlessly balance the demands of entrepreneurship with the joys and responsibilities of raising my children. My journey began in international education, where I developed my skills and gained invaluable experience. But my passion for growth and innovation led me to the digital world, where I found my true calling.

As the founder of Digital Mompreneurs, I draw from my diverse background to empower fellow mompreneurs. I understand firsthand the challenges of managing motherhood and entrepreneurship, so I’ve made it my mission to create strategies and tools that help women regain their confidence and achieve success.

My approach goes deeper than surface-level solutions. I explore the complexities of the brain, mind, and behavior to craft frameworks that inspire real growth and transformation.

My vision isn’t just about business success—it’s about fostering empowerment, resilience, and collaboration.

I strive to be the best version of myself by leading my little ones on the path to conquering their projects, achieving their goals, and pursuing their dreams. My greatest aspiration as a mom is to share meaningful, quality time with my kids, to be fully present in their lives, and to show them through my actions that anything is possible with determination and effort.

I become the best version of myself when I take action toward my dreams and goals. For me, being an entrepreneur is about embracing the freedom to create my own path. Along the way, I’ve achieved meaningful milestones, such as creating my podcast, Mompreneurs Growth Academy, hosting impactful interviews with industry professionals, and teaching others how to create, start, and grow a digital business. I also gained financial stability through my foundational business in the international education industry. True growth starts from within, empowering me to keep moving forward.

My mission is to empower women to forge their own financial paths and achieve self-reliance, freeing them from the need to depend on a husband, partner, or anyone else. I aim to inspire and guide mompreneurs to tap into their innate creativity, uncover their potential as natural innovators, and realize that with the right mindset, they can accomplish anything they set their hearts on.

My guiding question remains: Is this all there is, or can I achieve more?—always asked from a place of gratitude and a desire for growth.
