I am a person who needs passion within my life, otherwise, I just feel incomplete.

One of the things that I most regret in life is not have got the guts to follow my dreams and passions when I was 8 years old and then when I was 16 and then when I was 21 and then when I was 25. I only really truly started following my heart when I was 28 years old. Do not get me wrong, it does not mean I did not succeed in what I was doing, in fact, I got my degree in marketing and got a lot of experience in the industry, had really great jobs in the past; it does not mean that I lose all these years... NO!, in the end, these are all the experiences that make us grow, don't they?. But somehow I wish I have done differently at some point, just to make the most of all the years lived.

Well, now I know better, today I am a very very HAPPY mom of two little children that make me fall in love with them every single day, I found my life partner, someone who loves me and supports me; and I have me, the most important thing, I have found me. See, about 6 years ago I finally got it, I needed to be at peace with myself, I needed to feel happy with myself, I needed to understand that in order for me to be surrounded by people who really loved me (besides my mom, dad and relatives) and to get anything I wanted in life I needed to love me first.

When I started making big, important decisions for me towards what I really wanted was when I started seeing a change in my life. Scary? Yes a bit, but so extremely worth it.

My very first important decision in my life was when I decided to come to Australia against all odds, against people not believing in me. And I can say now despite the difficult times here and believe me there were tons of those, this big experience has led me to meet my husband, to have my own family, to learn deep inside amazing, unbelievable things, to travel, to meet people from many different cultures and to see life differently.

My second important decision was not to be an employee anymore, not to keep building someone else's dream when I had and have such amazing dreams and desires within my heart. My first entrepreneur project was done back in 2008, my second entrepreneur project was in 2014 when I arrived in Australia but it was only part-time and then I finally made the decision and back in 2018 I said, no more jobs, no more being an employee, no more being told, so I decided to go for my ideas and projects and jump without a parachute, just because that is how you really get to start doing things, by becoming a doer.

My third and most important decision of all was to become a mom, learning from cero and not having anyone here in Australia to tell me how to raise a child, that is hard, I have enjoyed my learning though and I have grown immensely because my best teachers are here with me every single day teaching me how to be a better human, a better mom, a better everything.

This third decision has led me to create Digital Mompreneurs because I believe being a mom has just empowered my life to grow, has just given me the power to improve the world, and I am firmly convinced that a mom does not have to forget the woman, the wife, the entrepreneur, being a mom is part of my life, not my whole life, I love my kids more than anything but I know that in order for me to work better I have to keep up with my dreams, my goals, my projects as a woman, as a professional, as an entrepreneur.

Also, I know better and I love my kids to learn from me that dreams can become a reality, that projects can be done successfully by giving 100% of your commitment, and your smart work.

These three big decisions that changed my life forever were MY OWN DECISIONS, I decided I wanted that, and I did it and these have been the best years of my life; I grew up in Colombia, my parents always gave me the best, I was loved, I have been loved all my life but I felt somehow I was heading to the same place as everybody does around the globe, working 8 to 5, not having time for me, not having enough time for my love ones, not having enough money to travel or do whatever I wanted to, and I was definitely someone who does not like to be told what to do, especially if that someone who dares to tell me what to do lack of an open mind, vision, compassion, and empowerment.

I decided to change and get full responsibility for my decisions and my life and this is what I want to share with you, what I want to show you because I know it is so powerful that it can change for good any life and make life mom practical and entrepreneurship successful.
