Having peace of mind / Organise your ideas mindfully

It is important to have peace of mind to mindfully organize our ideas, our time, and more than that, to feel calm, ready to advance, to feel great with ourselves, and feel the fulfillment of a great job done every day for us, for our dreams and projects, and for our kids.
Our priority as moms is our kids of course BUT...
How can we change the feeling of I WANT TO LOOK AFTER MY KIDS BUT I ALSO WANT TO DO THIS AND THAT OR START THIS PROJECT, without ending frustrated because we did not spend quality time with our kids or in the end, we did not do that thing we wanted to get done.
My kids do not allow me to do anything and they want to be all the time literally on me!
This is an exclamation that I think 100% of moms have said eventually or at least have thought about it.
Well! here are some things to dive into:
- My kids do not allow me to do anything! this is a super negative thought that makes everything look dark and without escape.

One of the most important things I learned by being a mom is that I can not change that my children want to play, want to run, want to scream, I can not change the fact that my children have tantrums every now and then. I can help them improve their behavior but I can not change the fact that they are children, their job is to play, run and have fun, that is what kids do. But.... what can we do?
We can:
Work on our timing by scheduling work, quality time with the kids, and routines.
We can:
Make a priority list, an important list, and a normal list of things to do in order to make the most of the work done.
We can:
Change our perspective towards things that we can control and things that we cannot control
We can:
Learn skills to be proactive, learn how to do the most of our time in small lapses of time.
There are lots of things to apply to do better.
